Refund policy

Trial Jewels do not have a return policy but do offer a refund in the case of a faulty charge or product file.

To be eligible for a refund, please state the problem for us to approve.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges of incorrect sizes, so please ensure you read the descriptions and instructions carefully.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund log and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
